  • FIRST, choose how you want to search for your records and enter your information.

  • SECOND, click the checkbox "I ACCEPT"

  • THIRD, click "NEXT"

  • SECOND, click "NEXT"

  • Click "START"

  • FIRST, select "PRODUCER LICENSING"

  • SECOND, select "INITIAL". NOTE: if renewing, click "Renewal"

  • THIRD, select "NON-RESIDENT"

  • FOURTH, click "NEXT"

  • FIRST, select the State or States that you want to add.

  • SECOND, click "NEXT"

  • FIRST, under "INSURANCE PRODUCER" select "LIFE".

  • SECOND, click "NEXT"

  • NOTE: If you want to remove or add another license, click "EDIT"
